Apprenticeships

An Apprenticeship is a real job with a programme of training to support you to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for the role and your career progression. As an employed member of UAL staff, you will work towards a recognised qualification and the completion of your apprenticeship training will be a condition of your contract of employment. You will be entitled to all the same staff benefits as other members of UAL staff.

UAL publishes Ethnic Representation Index 2023

In response to the critical need for transparency and action regarding racial inequality in British universities, the University of the Arts London (UAL) has published the second edition of the Ethnic Representation Index (ERI). This index provides a more holistic overview of Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (B.A.M.E) representation across the sector using data from the 2021-2022 academic year.
