Exciting opportunities to develop a brand new service

As part of UAL’s commitment to provide a world class student experience we are launching The Student First – Registry and Course Support programme. At the heart of this will be a brand-new course support function, providing a first-class customer support service that will enhance our academic delivery and will place an increased focus on the student experience.

Joining this new function at its start, you will help contribute to the development of the service, whilst developing your own career path in a creative environment that welcomes your customer focused and relationship building skills.

We will be recruiting a number of post at various levels through out the year. Key to many of the posts will be your first class customer service skills. We value the diversity of experience our staff bring with them.
