The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, creative and well-organised Digital Content Designer to join our busy Digital Team.

You will be working on a variety of content design projects and continuous improvement work. You will also provide excellent customer service to stakeholders and provide essential administrative support for the entire Digital Team.

You must understand the web, technology, and people. You should be user-focussed and prioritise our users’ needs in everything you do.

About you

You are an experienced, creative and well-organised Digital Content Designer.

A relevant qualification (such as a degree or equivalent) and/or relevant experience creating and editing content for websites and intranets is essential.

You must have experience of designing and creating content, using a content management system (CMS) and writing and editing readable content. We need somebody with excellent interpersonal skills, and you must be confident working with a wide range of people who have varying levels of understanding of content and the web.

You need to be enthusiastic, diplomatic and persuasive, with a keen understanding of negotiating with academic, subject-matter experts and researchers. You must be comfortable working independently and making content decisions.
