The opportunity

The IT Support Analyst is an initial 7 Month FTC opportunity for an experienced IT support professional to continue their career in a large enterprise environment. Within Digital & Technology at UAL, the IT Support Services team provide 2nd line desktop support services to staff and students across all campuses, and this role would be based in High Holborn.

You will get the opportunity to work with colleagues across Digital & Technology, including on key projects such as deployments or installations, as well as providing a high level of ongoing 2nd line support.

About you

The successful candidate should have the following experience:

  • Demonstrable experience working in a Second line IT support role within an enterprise environment.
  • Experience of working across Windows and Mac environments, including deployment and configuration of operating systems, hardware maintenance and fault-finding using command line tools.
  • Experience leading and motivating support teams.
  • Experience supporting Active Directory, JAMF, Intune, DHCP, DNS and other basic network services.
  • Experience of working across an ITIL aligned environment.
  • High level of customer service skills, and an ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
