The opportunity

At University of the Arts London, we are committed to data-driven decision-making and are excited to advertise a new role for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Digital & Technology team

We are seeking a dynamic and driven BI Analyst to be a key contributor in establishing and building our BI Infrastructure and Services from the ground up. You will lead on the implementation and design of our Power BI solutions, oversee reporting services, build dashboards for customer consumption, and will be in charge of the continual improvement and development of BI services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful and actionable insights, in order to make key strategic and business decisions.

About you

Your profile will include:

  • Demonstrable experience of Power BI, including configuration, building integrations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong capability in presenting data in a meaningful way to help inform key business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Knowledge of data modelling and database concepts.
  • Experience of maintaining technical and procedural documentation.
  • Experience of working across an ITIL aligned environment and using service management software.
  • High level of customer service skills, and an ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
