The opportunity

Who are Digital and Technology?

Digital and Technology designs, develops and delivers digital services around users and their needs. We provide digital services and products across three Service Groups: Technology, University & Corporate, and Student Experience.

What is the purpose of the role?

To manage the delivery of multiple complex business and/or technology change initiatives, prioritised by the Head of Service/Product and Service Governance Groups to meet UAL’s overall strategic ambitions which are ultimately focused on delivering value to users. 

To ensure defined user needs are met and initiatives are delivered in-line with the organisation’s timescales, priorities and allocated funding. Core responsibilities are defining the scope and managing cross functional delivery teams, including subject matter experts, to deliver and embed change.

To take a service design approach within the delivery of change and to ensure the University’s service needs are met through the continued development of their product roadmaps.
