UAL is looking for a Staff Development Consultant to join the diverse and talented People Strategy hub team within HR. This is an exciting time to be joining UAL; we have a new University Strategy, and the new People Strategy will be launched imminently. Anti-racism, Inclusion, Social Purpose are core UAL priorities and the Staff Development team will be focused on these areas to support staff and students to reach their full potential.
