The opportunity

To accommodate this growth, we are seeking a talented Resourcing Adviser to deliver a positive experience for both recruiting managers and candidates.
As a Resourcing Adviser, you will play a key supporting role. Typical daily tasks will include:
- Advising line managers of the University's recruitment policies and procedures.
- Providing training on the use of recruitment E-Systems, job advertising and producing recruitment documentation.
- Organising interviews and pre-employment checks.
- Accurately creating new starter records in the Human Resources Management System (iTrent), including the generation of the offer letter and contract of employment.
- Resolving queries from hiring managers and candidates and drafting correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate records.
About you
We value the diversity of experience our staff bring with them, and our resourcing professionals come from a variety of sectors. Key to this role will be your significant relevant administrative experience of working in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
You will have relevant recruitment experience combined with awareness of UKVI and employment legislation. Experience of using MS Office; Word, Excel, Access and Visio; Intranet/Internet; HR systems (preferably Midland HR iTrent); applicant tracking systems (preferably WCN) is also required. Equally important will be your effective communication and organisational skills, and a collaborative approach.
