The opportunity

If you are an experienced administrator with a range of administrative skills this position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role providing support on a variety of projects at a world leading university.

You will support two Course Leaders with a number of important administrative tasks in relation to project management, such as managing correspondence between project participants, scheduling meetings, taking notes at meetings and developing project timelines and plans with the Course Leaders.

In addition to this, you will also provide support with project communications, such as supporting the development of press releases and social media content, as well as uploading website content. You will also create photo and video documentation of the Course Leaders’ workshops and events and support the coordination of public lectures and events.

About you

You will need relevant administration/project support experience, including experience of data collection and using applications such as MS Excel and Word.

You will also need experience of email and calendar management in order to support event coordination, as well as experience of using social media platforms and updating web content.

The ability to work collaboratively in a team and prioritise and organise work to achieve objectives on time is equally important.

UAL is committed to addressing the under-representation of staff from Black and Minority Ethnic communities, using our student profile as a reference point.

In return, University of the Arts London offers generous leave, an attractive pension and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity.

If you have any queries about this role or need any reasonable adjustments for your application, please email the CSM Resourcing Team on: 0207 514 7885 or email: jobenquiries@csm.arts.ac.uk.
