The opportunity

The Partnerships Manager is an exciting and engaging role that works across the college to build sponsorship and partnership collaborations with external organisations. Focusing primarily on attracting partners from the corporate sector, this role proactively generates and delivers suitably rewarding packages to the clients, whilst ensuring clear benefits to staff and students across the College. Visit Partnerships and sponsorship | Central Saint Martins (arts.ac.uk) for examples of the types of partnerships this role manages.  

You will be joining CSM Innovation – a team that works with college staff to deliver bespoke partnerships and projects that expand innovation capacity within businesses, communities and local government. We generate income and impact for the college and opportunities for our students and graduates whilst delivering wider benefits for our partners & society.

About you

You can deliver compelling proposals and presentations with a natural ability to inspire support from executive level clients across different sectors. You will be confident in prospecting and proactively approaching clients to secure new business, in addition to having excellent client management skills to both retain and develop existing relationships. You have an impressive track record in sales or fundraising, preferably with experience of the creative, HE or third sector. 

Degree educated or with equivalent qualifications or experience. Knowledge of HE and/or the creative sector is desirable.
