The opportunity

If you have excellent team management skills and are passionate about creating a positive customer experience, this is an excellent opportunity to lead the front of house team at London College of Fashion.

Managing, supervising, and motivating the team, you will oversee the provision of a fully functional reception service for prospective and current students, staff and external visitors to LCF, ensuring the FOH coordinators respond to enquiries in person, by email or phone and that these are successfully resolved comprehensively, expediently and with excellent customer service.

In preparation for LCF’s upcoming move to Stratford, you will also play an important role in building and developing relationships with both current and future FOH partners and leading the FOH coordinators in familiarising themselves with the layout of the new building, gaining knowledge that can be shared with other College staff as part of the Day 1 transition team.

About you

Key to the role will be your experience in supervising and motivating a team and your ability to set clear objectives and manage performance. This experience will have been gained working in a front line, customer focused role where you will have acquired an excellent understanding of good practice in relation to customer service and support.

The position has scope for you to review current FOH services and define new systems and processes that improve the student and visitor experience ahead of our move to Stratford, so a track record of developing or enhancing customer service provision is required.
