The opportunity

A chance to join the Marketing and Communications team for Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts, 3 of the 6 UAL colleges.

The role will help in the administration and delivery of digital student recruitment and conversion marketing campaigns, working closely with Student Marketing Managers and their teams from all three colleges.

It will also assist the Student Recruitment Marketing team in fulfilling all general enquiries across Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon, ensuring they are dealt with in a professional, timely and effective manner working to templates where-ever possible and ensuring all collection of data complies with GDPR and UAL protocols.

About you

You will have a high level of customer care and have experience of working in an enquiry handling, customer-related environment. You will also have experience of the delivery of marketing campaigns, ideally email marketing, customer relationship marketing, social media, and other web-based promotion. Ideally you will have worked in Higher Education and have a particular interest in the subjects covered by Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges of Arts.
