About you

We are looking for candidates whose research and/or practice is founded in imaginative applications of design – or related disciplines – to eco-social justice and sustainability. We are particularly interested in candidates whose work challenges the design/cultural canon, with expertise in decolonial, feminist, queer, indigenous, approaches to research and design-led inquiry.

You may have a background in one or more of the following fields: design research, more-than-human design, design for eco-social sustainability, bio-design, the arts, philosophy, economics, the post-humanities, postcolonial studies, queer theory, critical theory, cultural studies.

Experience with any combination of these topics in research/practice is essential. Previous experience teaching at MA or BA level or running workshops is desirable. If you feel you might be a suitable candidate but have doubts about the job description, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
