The opportunity
The Lecturer in Fashion Management: Quantitative Methods is responsible for teaching, curriculum development, and on-going scholarship on MSc (Integrated) Strategic Fashion Management. Subject knowledge and teaching experience in Accounting, Economics, Finance and Research Methods are essential. This course is part of the Leadership and Management Programme in the Fashion Business School at London College of Fashion. The post-holder will work collaboratively within a course team, deploying specialist expertise to develop pedagogy and the curriculum in innovative and critical directions.
About you
You will have Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (e.g. economics, finance, business studies, quantitative methods, accountancy, or similar) with significant competence in quantitative data analysis. Experience of working with data either in a financial/statistical business environment or through experience in quantitative research is essential. Ideally this will be matched by professional experience recognised by membership of a professional body (e.g ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA/ CIPFA/ CMI or equivalent). An excellent communicator, you will have the expertise and insight to adapt your style, approach, content, and learning materials to suit the needs of your students.
