The opportunity

This is an exciting and challenging role supporting AV technologies in the learning and exhibition spaces at the London College of Communication. As an integral part of the Learning Technology Support Services team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day AV check list of learning spaces and use your knowledge and experience of AV equipment installation to ensure a high quality of service is delivered and maintained at all times.

This role will play an integral part in the success of our new London Campus which LCC will be relocating to in 2026/27.

About you

You will be a highly motivated professional with a passion for delivering creative solutions to technical problems, possessing a good knowledge of AV and related technologies. You will be proactive and capable of working to a common goal with the ability to prioritise tasks within a variety of timescales. Ideally, you will be familiar with the higher education sector and have experience of exhibition installation and support.

You understand the critical nature of signal path and are comfortable dealing with technical issues. You will have knowledge of adjusting basic configurable parameters associated with displays, projectors, Microphones, PA Systems, and other high-end equipment. You will be an excellent communicator and sensitive to supporting individuals working to tight deadlines.

Due to our dynamic working environment, you will be required to have a degree of working flexibility in consultation with your line manager.
