The opportunity

An exciting opportunity to join our innovative team at London College of Communication as a Digital Learning Director. In this pivotal role, you will define and implement our digital learning strategy, ensuring an exceptional educational experience for students. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the way in digital education. 

As the Digital Learning Director, you will work closely with the Associate Dean of Learning, Teaching and Student Experience to shape the vision and strategy to embed digital learning across the curriculum, enhance student experience, and drive innovation. You will foster relationships across the College to promote and support the design and delivery of digital learning, develop relevant guidance and standards, and monitor and analyse the use of digital tools. This is a key role collaborating with College leads, and one that will make a significant impact to the University’s overall strategy and policy in the digital learning space. 

About you

To excel in this role, you should have a relevant undergraduate degree, with a postgraduate degree and/or PhD being desirable. Experience in strategy and policy development, curriculum design with digital components, and overseeing digital learning delivery is highly valued. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
