The opportunity

The College Executive Support Manager is a new role at the London College of Communication which provides high level project management and administrative support to the Head of College (HOC) and College Executive Board and College Management Group.

The role will also lead the secretariat support within the College, building an open and inclusive high-performance culture, and lead on tracking the implementation of our strategic annual operating plans and other College projects requiring project planning and management.

This is a key role to strengthen governance within the College and support members of the College Executive Board, and an exciting opportunity shape our planning processes and inform strategic decision-making.

About you

We’re looking for someone with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, who can build networks across the College and university.  With direct line management of 6 staff, you’ll have experience of managing and leading a team, in order to develop and support the secretarial service.

You’ll be working with senior staff assisting them with project work, so experience of managing projects will be needed, as well as strong organisational skills and an ability to analyse data in order to inform strategic decision-making.

If you enjoy working in a busy, creative environment, with an opportunity to develop a range of skills working alongside senior members of university staff, this is the role for you.

If you have any queries about this role or need any reasonable adjustments for your application, please contact Lesley Wilkins, Senior Resourcing Adviser, lcc.jobs@lcc.arts.ac.uk or telephone: 020 7514 7985
