The opportunity

As part of the Quality Team based at Central Saint Martins your main task will be to provide administrative support to the College’s quality assurance and enhancement procedures. This means supporting the preparation for course validation, review and modification, annual course monitoring, assisting with quality reviews and audits (internal and external); advising colleagues on quality assurance procedures, dealing with external accreditation and examiner appointments; acting as secretary to working groups and committees as appropriate and working with the team to quality assure student facing documentation throughout the year. 

About you

We are looking for someone with proven administrative expertise, preferably in Higher Education. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to quickly build strong working relationships with academic and administrative colleagues. You will have excellent organisation skills supported by strong IT and written skills, being able to take notes and draft clear, concise documents and committee minutes is desirable, as is experience of working in quality assurance. You will need to be self-motivated with an eye for detail and a commitment to improving education and the student experience.
