The Internal and External Relations department tells the story of the LCF brand, to engage both internal and external audiences. We are specialists in content creation and communication, engagement and community building, managing events and experiences, media relations and public affairs.

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Events Assistant to join our fast-paced, specialist Events Team.
The Events Assistant supports the activity of the Events Team, working on essential administration processes relating to the planning and execution of events and projects, ranging from exhibitions and catwalks, to talks, video and photo shoots. Assisting with all events logistics, production and collection of content as well as coordinating online events.
About you
As the first point of contact into the Events Team you’ll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, you can clearly communicate with everyone including colleagues, students and guests. You are approachable and enjoy working at events, you have a can-do attitude and thrive in a busy environment.
Leading up to projects and events you will need to be highly organised and able to work on multiple concurrent tasks as both a team player and when working independently.
Strong organisational and administrative skills and the ability to prioritise will be necessary as will be the ability to take on ad hoc tasks with a professional approach, remaining calm and assured under pressure.
You are confident working with the full suite of software involved in administration including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
