Join the AKO Storytelling Institute at University of the Arts London as an administrator and support a team dedicated to advancing impact storytelling. The Administrator will be at the heart of the Institute's operations providing comprehensive administrative, operational and financial support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Institute. You will serve as a central coordination point for business operations, supporting procurement, finance, coordinating travel and events, onboarding and stakeholder engagement activities. By maintaining effective systems, processes and communications, the postholder will enable our team, partners and visitors to work effectively while ensuring compliance with university policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.Your profile
You are a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks and competing priorities across projects in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring strong communication skills, sound judgment and a collaborative, service-focused approach to your work.
We're looking for someone with good experience in administration in a Higher Education environment who is a proactive professional who enjoys varied tasks and looks for opportunities to improve ways of working.
