The opportunity

The role

Do you enjoy delivering excellent customer service, dealing with student enquiries both in person and via email, whilst helping to support and contribute to a high-quality student experience? London College of Fashion, part of University of the Arts London, is seeking 2x enthusiastic Student Enquiries Coordinators to join the Academic Registry team, working on its dedicated Front Desk.

You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, dealing with prospective, current and past students. You will respond to and manage a wide range of enquiries, both in person at the Front Desk, and online. You will respond to and resolve queries, provide information and advice, problem solve and escalate to other teams as necessary. You will also provide key programme administration support to the Academic Registry team, covering duties as required at key points during the academic year.

This is an opportunity to combine experience of delivering high quality and consistent customer service, within an academic administrative environment, making a tangible and positive impact on the student experience

Your profile

Experience

  • You will be educated to at least A Level or equivalent work experience
  • You will possess relevant experience working in an academic environment, as well as providing reception/administrative support in a caring profession. In addition to this, you will need experience of working with IT systems, databases or student record systems, as well as CRM systems.
  • You are highly organised and a skilled problem solver, with plenty of initiative. Crucially, you are a naturally collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual, with strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
