The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager who will be responsible for the operational and financial delivery of the Creative Programme at Central Saint Martins.
The Creative Programme sits at the intersection of UAL’s strategy and CSM’s Principles, serving as the platform where ideas meet practice and creativity becomes visible through meaningful exchange. As we move into the next phase of Schools of Thought, the programme becomes not just what we do, but how we lead: a catalyst for collaboration, innovation and connection across culture, education and business audiences.
You will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of every strand of the programme, from the Lethaby Gallery and Window Gallery exhibitions to projects and events. Working closely with the Creative Programme Lead, you will manage budgets and a small team, working collaboratively across the College to ensure continuity and quality delivery of our key deliverables.
We are seeking a dynamic, versatile and experienced programme manager who can turn ambitious creative ideas into clear plans, balancing the detail and understanding the bigger picture at the same time.

Your profile

We encourage applicants from a diverse range of professional backgrounds. This may include a background in curatorial, editorial and creative direction, creative strategy, learning, engagement and education roles, as well as experience in programming in galleries and museums, educational institutions, third sector, charities and research. You will have solid programme management experience with a strong eye for detail and know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent, building strong relationships quickly with your team, academic colleagues and external partners.

If you have any queries about this role, or wish to have a discussion about the specific requirements of role, please do feel free to contact Naomi Lewis, Creative Programme Lead at n.lewis@csm.arts.ac.uk
If you have any queries about the application process or need any reasonable adjustments for your application, please contact CSM Staff Recruitment, at: CSM.staffrecruit@arts.ac.uk
