The opportunity

The role of the programme administrator is to provide proactive, full and comprehensive administrative support and record maintenance for a specified portfolio of courses, in accordance with the procedures and regulations of UAL.

Academic Registry is responsible for managing the entire student journey from enrolment to graduation - the roles are busy and varied and include everything from collating course-related documentation, to committee servicing, coordinating and supporting External Examiners, recording student work submissions, attendance monitoring and supporting enrolment.

Your profile

As a Programme Administrator you’re at your happiest when you’re juggling priorities and making things happen. As one of our Academic Registry team, you will put all of this to good use as you provide professional administrative support to our courses. 

Key to this role will be your effective written and oral communication skills, the ability to plan and prioritise work and achieve outcomes, and your collaborative approach. Successful candidates will also be confident in the use of Microsoft applications.
