The opportunity
University of the Arts London is seeking a creative and proactive Communications and Content Assistant to help deliver engaging campaigns that enhance the student experience and promote the Accommodation, Catering and Retail services across halls, arts shops, and catering outlets.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow your marketing and communications career within one of the world’s leading creative institutions, contributing to meaningful campaigns that support both the student experience and commercial success across UAL.
This role involves creating and scheduling impactful digital content across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Halls Life and the UAL website, alongside supporting graphic design, video editing, multimedia production, events, email communications, and social media campaigns.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with experience creating and editing digital content, strong design and video editing skills, a strong understanding of social media and digital platforms, and experience working within a busy marketing and communications team across multiple projects and deadlines.
The successful candidate will be an organised and collaborative communicator with experience working across the full marketing and communications mix, including social media, websites, email marketing, events, PR, and design, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
