In this role, you will manage specialist areas within Garment and Textiles Technology within London College of Fashion, providing hands-on leadership to designated technical teams and the effective management of workshops and technical facilities that bring the curriculum to life. You will play a key role in shaping teaching and learning experiences, managing specialist resources and ensuring the smooth delivery of all technical services. You will bring exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding teams by setting clear objectives, delegating effectively and monitoring progress to ensure strong performance. Your strong interpersonal and teamwork skills will allow you to build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff and service users, while planning and managing resources to achieve both immediate and long-term goals. Digital proficiency is essential, with demonstrable expertise in using digital platforms to communicate, collaborate, create and enhance teaching and learning.
