The opportunity

At University of the Arts London (UAL), we are internationally renowned for creativity, innovation and diversity. We are seeking an Admissions Operations Lead to join our Student Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions (SMRA) team and help shape an efficient, high-quality admissions service. In this influential role, you will be a subject matter expert for admissions ways of working and the admissions business lead for driving continuous improvement across the admissions lifecycle including related system enhancements and managing cyclical updates. Working closely with admissions leaders, technical teams, and other key stakeholders across the University, you’ll play a key role in how admissions operates at UAL

Your profile

You will bring strong operational expertise within an admissions environment, alongside in-depth knowledge of admissions processes and related systems (such as SITS, UCAS, or similar platforms). You are confident leading change and improving processes to deliver measurable improvements. You will have experience of supporting the development, testing and adoption of related systems.

You are collaborative and proactive, with the ability to build strong working relationships across academic and professional services. You enjoy sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues through training and guidance, and promoting best practice. With a strong focus on service excellence and continuous improvement, you are motivated to enhance both operational performance and the applicant experience.
