We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join Central Saint Martins’ College Education team as a Student Partnership Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the student voice is at the heart of UAL.
Managing the delivery of a college action plan focused on delivering effective student transition, you will partner with academic teams and support services to ensure all students have access to the guidance, resources and support. You will coordinate, deliver and interpret survey activity to gather student feedback and insights. Utilise an evidence-based approach to identify barriers to engagement and develop impactful solutions to improve student retention, progression and attainment. Partnering with Arts Students’ Union, you will provide effective liaison and support for the development of community and student-led activity and initiatives.
At UAL you will join a community of innovators and change-makers. Your work will directly influence the experience of our students while contributing to the UAL’s vision and long-term goals.

You will bring a strong background in Higher Education with a deep commitment to student empowerment and the ability to facilitate meaningful dialogue and collaboration. Your knowledge of effective approaches to student partnership will be matched by your ability to communicate with empathy and clarity across diverse audiences. An inspiring leader, you will be adept at building partnerships, collaborating with different teams, managing resources and solving problems with creativity and resilience. Above all, you will be committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every student feels welcomed, heard and supported.
