If you are a talented and a proactive HR administrator this is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning People and Culture team at a world leading university.

As part of the People Services Hub, the AskHR team provides excellent administrative and first line People advice and guidance to all UAL employees via a shared service model. Our objective is to maintain our Customer Service Excellence standards whilst delivering our service/objectives.

Shortlisting will be conducted based on your responses to the three competency questions indicated on the application form.

You are an experienced administrator with strong Microsoft Office skills with good attention to detail and a strong customer focus. Ideally with demonstrable experience of working in complex organisations and a shared service function. You are highly flexible in your approach to work, whether that be at an individual level, or in support of the team, or People Services hub.

To succeed in this role, you will pride yourself on delivering a high quality and proactive customer service to multiple stakeholders across different professional levels. You will manage multiple strands of work at any one time and be able to prioritise these depending on customer and HR business needs often to challenging deadlines.

You will be comfortable in managing large volume of administrative transactions and dealing with customers on HR policy and process across the employee lifecycle, as well as a confident user of related HR systems and office technology.
