The opportunity
University of the Arts London is looking for an experienced and highly organised project coordinator to support the delivery of a wide range of initiatives within the International Partnerships Office at London College of Fashion.
As International Projects Coordinator (Exchange/Mobility Lead), you will help ensure the smooth running of international projects and activities, by providing facilitation and management support across the International Partnerships Office.
You will act as a central point of contact for all student and staff exchange activity, supporting both incoming and outgoing participants throughout all stages of the exchange programme. A key aspect of your role will involve supporting planning activities, including scheduling meetings, planning events, coordinating resources, tracking progress and reporting on project developments.
In addition to this, you will also contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive database of staff and student mobility and exchange activities. This resource will ensure that staff and students have access to accurate and up-to-date information about partner institutions and exchange opportunities.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you will be educated to at least A-Level or equivalent (a degree level qualification is desirable). You will bring experience of coordinating small projects, working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and providing support to senior management.
You will be capable of effectively monitoring actions and budgets, as well as possess experience of preparing project updates for dissemination across different audiences. While experience of administering or coordinating student mobility or exchange partnerships within a university setting would be highly advantageous, it is not essential.
