The opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join the Assessment and Quality team at University of the Arts London, where you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality academic standards. As Quality Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support for a range of quality assurance and enhancement activities, including course validations, reapprovals, external examiner processes, and student surveys. Working collaboratively with academic and professional services colleagues, you will help ensure that UAL’s courses meet internal and external quality frameworks, contributing to an excellent student experience and the University’s reputation for creative education.Your profile
Experience, knowledge and qualifications
- Educated to A level or equivalent.
- You should have proven administrative expertise in Higher Education.
- Experience of high levels of written communication skills e.g. writing, drafting, and note-taking.
- Proven ability to deliver outputs with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicates effectively orally, in writing and/or using visual media.
