The opportunity
This is an opportunity to play a key strategic role at Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges, developing robust governance structures, and shaping how three of the UK’s most distinctive art colleges operate and deliver on their ambitions.
As Executive Manager at Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges, you will sit at the heart of college strategy—leading governance frameworks, steering policy development, and turning complex performance data into clear, actionable insight.
You will lead the design and delivery of robust governance structures across Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges, ensuring Boards and Committees operate effectively and comply with University of the Arts London regulations.
You will analyse key performance data, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic interventions to keep college priorities on track. You will also develop and communicate local policy guidance that aligns with university-wide frameworks, working closely with senior academic and professional teams to embed decisions and drive progress across academic and operational areas.
Your profile
You will be a strategic thinker with a talent for governance, data-driven decision-making and influencing at senior levels.
You will have a proven background in developing and overseeing governance frameworks in large or complex organisations and will be comfortable advising senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
You will also be confident analysing performance and risk data to inform strategic interventions and improve operations and be able to translate data trends into practical recommendations and action plans.
Experience of writing or managing policy guidance and an understanding of legal and regulatory landscapes and working with compliance or legal teams is equally important.
