Following the appointment of new Associate Directors in the areas of Estate Development and Facilities Management in 2024, we are now embarking on an investment in the team that will see the appointment to c.25 new roles in these areas.
Reporting to the Head of Campus Services, the Campus Manager will be the key operational lead on site, ensuring the effective delivery of facilities services. They will oversee both directly employed facilities staff and contracted service providers, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused delivery that meets H&S requirements and supports UAL’s strategic goals.
The Campus Manager will lead the daily operations of facilities management, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and building services. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure services meet campus needs, drive improvements, ensure compliance, and develop best-practice policies.
