The opportunity

The Change Communications and Engagement Executive is part of a team delivering a shared UAL communications and engagement plan for strategic outcomes such as creating a positive and inclusive staff experience, building higher levels of staff engagement, and enabling staff to be ambassadors for UAL.

Reporting to the Change Communications and Engagement Manager, this role will use communications to help deliver successful strategic change projects. The role will help plan change communication strategies, key messages and help deliver a range of online and face-to-face staff engagement activities such as briefings, informal networking opportunities and feedback mechanisms.

The role will support UAL leaders and managers who are delivering change projects, key groups of staff affected by change and champions cascading change information, to ensure they feel supported in their communications and that narratives are sensitive, well timed and informative.

This role is part of an integrated structure to enable an audience-first approach, with teams working together on projects to maximise the audience benefit and understanding of strategic messaging.
