The opportunity
University of the Arts London (UAL) have an exciting opportunity for a Staffing Administration Coordinator to join the Creative Computing Institute (CCI) on a full time, permanent basis.
In conjunction with the Staffing Administration Manager, you will ensure effective processes, policies, procedures and resources are in place to deliver a high quality, efficient and comprehensive service across the Institute. This includes ensuring all staffing activities and needs are met and are aligned with CCI’s annual operating plan and the UAL People Strategy.
Your profile
The role is responsible for the provision of a professional, customer focused and high-quality, compliant recruitment administration service for CCI, ensuring procedures relating to eligibility to work and safeguarding are in place, all statutory requirements are conducted appropriately, recorded and monitored.
The role is also responsible for overseeing the engagement of hourly paid lecturers, setting up consultants as suppliers, and developing and managing the CCI induction and staff development programme.
