The opportunity
The Deputy Head of Student Systems and Records will lead the operational management of the Student Records and Systems teams to deliver a high quality and customer focussed operational service under Academic Registry, and oversee the quality of data and processes across the Student Record (SITS) and associated systems. The role will include management responsibilities of the Data Quality and Returns, Immigration Compliance and the Student Systems and Records Support technical team.
The post holder will monitor and review a range of ‘business as usual’ registry processes, with a focus on improving the efficiency of the team by developing new ways of working and continuous improvement of registry processes and systems.

Your profile
We are looking for an experienced operational manager with a background in Registry Services to motivate and lead a team to deliver a high performing and customer focused service to staff and students within the Student Systems and Records Team.
You will have an interest in improving processes and the ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience to drive forward new initiatives and ways of working. You will also have experience working to regulation and compliance within the HE sector and the ability to guide and support specialist teams within this area.
