The opportunity

We are seeking experienced administrators to join our Academic Registry team to provide administrative and customer service support to a portfolio of courses.

There are two opportunities for this Programme Administrator role: One role is for a 6 Month fixed term contract and another for a 10 Month fixed term contract. When you are invited for interview you will be given the opportunity to clarify which vacancy you wish to apply for, whether its the 6 month or 10 month or both.

Please note the 6 month role is based at Kings Cross (Central Saint Martins). The 10 month role will be based at East Bank, Stratford (London College of Fashion).

The successful candidate will provide a proactive, full and comprehensive administrative support and record maintenance service for a portfolio of courses.

They will make a valuable contribution to delivering high quality experiences for staff and students, through the provision of a variety of information and support services.

Your profile

Educated to A Level (or equivalent relevant experience) you will bring to the role significant administrative experience, preferably gained within HE, including clerking and minute writing at meetings, and using databases and Microsoft Office applications.

You are highly organised and a skilled problem solver, with plenty of initiative. Crucially, you are a naturally collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual, with strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
