The opportunity
The Performance Analyst will play a key role in delivering data insights that shape the digital services provided to students and staff. This role will work in the Student Experience directorate and build our data led ways of working focusing on extracting, analysing, and visualising data from multiple sources to provide insights, drive decision-making, enhance the user experience, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
The Performance Analyst will work closely with key stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, including UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers, ensuring that data is at the heart of our work. This role will also contribute to the implementation and maintenance of data and analytics and support the development of robust, user-centred services.
In this recruitment round, we are seeking a Performance Analyst to work across our Student Experience service teams as we focus on creating and enhancing a seamless and reliable digital experience.
Your profile
- Demonstratable experience in data analysis with a track record of delivering projects that add value to the business.
- Experienced working with analytics platforms e.g. Google Analytics to deliver value from data.
- Understanding of data visualisation tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Experience working with large datasets and databases and interrogate the underlying data sources, advising on data quality issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience of SQL would be beneficial
