The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Course Leader to play a pivotal role in the academic leadership and management of the Acting and Performance course at Wimbledon College of Arts.
You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the curriculum and will oversee the day-to-day management of the Acting and Performance course.
This will include being responsible for all areas of learning, teaching and assessment of students as well as the allocation of resources.
You will also contribute to the leadership and management of the Theatre, Screen & Performance Arts Programme by working with academic, administrative, managerial and technical colleagues to ensure quality, consistency and clarity of course delivery.
About you
You will need a BA degree in an acting and performance-related subject area, with experience of course leadership and teaching acting and performance in a Higher Education environment, or equivalent professional experience.

You will have the ability to collaborate, manage and work effectively and respectfully with teams across different professional groups and a wide range of people.
The ability to motivate and lead a team effectively, setting clear objectives to manage performance is also essential.
