The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team in a world leading University, supporting staff and postgraduate students to achieve their research ambitions.
We are seeking a Research Office Administrator to work as part of the Research and Knowledge Exchange team, providing administration support to other team members as well as the wider LCC research community.
You will be assisting in the planning and delivery of meetings and events, supporting communications (particularly written communications) with staff and students at various levels, and working on the general administration of a busy office with different workstreams.
This will be a full-time 7-month fixed term vacancy based at London College of Communication. You will be onsite two days per week.
About you
You are a well organised, independent worker with a good understanding of how to prioritise your work to ensure that objectives are delivered in a timely fashion. You are an effective communicator across a range of formats including written, online (e.g. virtual meetings) and in-person communications.
You have a passion for supporting your colleagues to achieve their ambitions and take a creative approach to solving problems when needed. We particularly encourage candidates with experience working in Higher Education or similar to apply.
