The opportunity
Centre for Sustainable Fashion (CSF) seeks a highly skilled Head of Knowledge Exchange in Fashion and Sustainability. This is a key role in building and maintaining the profile of the centre as a leader in Fashion and Sustainability, through high quality knowledge exchange projects.

About you
As the Head of Knowledge Exchange, you will have fashion and sustainability currency, networks and trusted relationships, and will take operational responsibility for the development, delivery, management and promotion of the knowledge exchange programme in fashion and sustainability, including:
– Developing, managing and delivering projects, including staff, budgets and plans, taking swift action to ensure they stay on track;
– Developing and maintaining projects, policies and strategies in support of CSF Strategic Plan;
– Preparing market and sustainability intelligence information to support Senior Management planning, academic and knowledge exchange related development and external partnership and income generating strategies;
– Identifying development areas with Senior Management to promote collaborative working across London College of Fashion, the University and the sector.
You will have:
– Demonstrable Fashion and Sustainability knowledge and its application to fashion industry practice.
– MA in relevant area of study or equivalent industry experience.
– Ability to combine project management and leadership techniques and tools to achieve desired programme and project objectives, engage people and manage relationships.
