You will study the HR Support Level 3 apprenticeship which will equip you with the knowledge, expertise, and practical experience needed to excel in your role in EDI within a People and Culture context to pave the way for future career progression.

This Apprenticeship will enable you to develop experience coordinating and administering EDI learning activities such as the Anti-Racism Development Programme, both in person and digitally, as well as supporting the implementation of key EDI initiatives such as the Race Equality Charter, Disability Confident, and Cultural Calendar. This is your chance to participate in larger EDI projects to drive positive change within a large organisation.

You will gain experience in providing administrative support for course planning, registration, and attendance monitoring as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote EDI learning activities through effective communication and marketing strategies.
