The opportunity

Are you an experienced marketing manager looking for that next role, driven by performance, with experience in lead generation and working with a sales team to deliver against KPIs?

This is an exciting opportunity to join University of the Arts London (UAL) and play a key role making a world class education accessible to a global audience.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will support the launch of new courses for UAL Online. UAL Online is an innovative new division which enables access to the university’s world leading creative arts education to audiences around the globe.

We plan to launch a suite of new, fully online degree courses starting from 2025, and the Senior Marketing Manager will be crucial to achieving this.

Your primary responsibility will be coordinating marketing campaigns and managing all activities, timelines and deliverables to successfully launch new courses. You will work with the research team to gather market insight and enhance course positioning and identify key markets for student recruitment.

You will also collaborate with internal and external functional specialists (Content, Email Marketing, SEO and Paid Media) to ensure activities across all channels are executed in an integrated and impactful way.

You will work closely with the the Head of Marketing for UAL Online to establish operations and efficiencies. You will work closely with the the sales team to understand performance challenges / opportunities and be able to launch and test new channels to improve performance.

About you

You will need a command of online and offline marketing channels and the ability to deliver against KPIs and targets.

You will also need to be a strong relationship builder who is able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders across the university to deliver against objectives.

Experience in a performance marketing role, including experience in account management, campaign planning, managing large budgets and demonstrating commercial return is essential.

Good knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot and CMS platforms, with the ability to launch new systems as required is equally important.
