As a key member of our team, you will provide essential front-line services, support self-issue systems, IT, and printing, and assist users with library catalogue navigation and electronic information resources. You will be based at LCF Stratford, though occasional work at other UAL libraries may be required.

About you

We are looking for someone with relevant experience in a library or customer service environment and formal training to post-16 level.
