The opportunity
The Lecturer in Fashion and Sustainability is responsible for teaching, curriculum development, and on-going scholarship across the School of Design and Technology. The post-holder will work collaboratively within a course team, deploying specialist expertise to develop pedagogy and the curriculum in innovative and critical directions.

About you
The successful candidate should have an undergraduate degree in fashion design, product design, technology or associated subject. A higher degree (e.g. MA) in a related subject is desirable) in fashion design, product design, technology or associated subject is desirable. A teaching qualification (PG Cert or equivalent) and to be a member of the Higher Education Academy is an advantage but not essential. They should have experience of teaching & assessment in a higher education environment and consider all aspects of equality, diversity and inclusivity related to this. We are seeking a team worker and collaborator who can work effectively and respectfully with a wide range of people.
