UAL is looking for a Business Support Coordinator (Learning and Digital) to join the diverse and talented Culture Hub within the People team. This is an exciting time to be joining UAL; in the past two years we have launched a new 10-year strategy, we are investing in our people, and we are setting challenging goals. The Business Support Coordinator (Learning and Digital) role will support the Staff Development Consultant (Learning and Events) with programme, delegate, and event coordination for the digital core programme, as well as providing excellent general administrative and management support to our Organisational Development (OD) team, within the Culture Hub.
As well as the above, this exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate update and maintain a synchronous resources, including eLearning content and LinkedIn Learning, as well as associated data analysis and reporting. Furthermore, this role includes communicating with our stakeholders across the university and externally, and being the first point of contact to provide information on the learning and wellbeing offers run by the OD team.
About you
We are seeking someone with previous experience as an office administrator, comfortable in delivering administrative support across different work areas such as information systems, project support, correspondence, data management and logistical administration. Some experience working in a learning and development environment and/or working in a digital learning environment and video editing/production is preferred but not required.
