The opportunity

The post holder will be a member of the College Digital Learning team, working closely with course teams and other academic and professional staff to create effective, inclusive and engaging learning experiences for our students. It will require expertise in pedagogies, academic stakeholder engagement and educational technologies.

The post holder will have experience of developing Digital Learning initiatives, projects and assets in an educational setting in Arts Education. They will have excellent project, people, and communication skills to ensure our initiatives are delivered on-time and on-budget with a student-centered approach.

About you

  1. Working with course teams and other relevant staff, lead and deliver college initiatives including co-designing, course development and operational implementation, responding to agreed frameworks and building on existing approaches.
  2. As agreed with the Head of Digital Delivery, respond to college, university, academic and digital education strategies, objectives and operational plans, providing advice and expertise using data-driven and qualitative evidence.
  3. Working closely with other members of the College’s Digital learning team, contribute, manage or deliver Digital Learning staff development, day-to-day support including user support, consultation, workshops, learning and course design.
  4. Working with colleagues throughout the College and the University, contribute to planning and defining appropriate services and environments to ensure the sustainable delivery of Digital Learning, as agreed with the Head of Digital Delivery. The aim being to enable and extend teaching practices and provide an excellent student experience for all students at the college.
