The opportunity

We are seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to support our Executive Team and the wider College Office.  You will be part of the College Office team, who provide high-level administrative support to the Executive team at CSM and wider Senior Management team. 

You will manage the diaries of the management team, minuting and preparing meeting papers, executive team liaison with external and internal stakeholders. 

About you

The successful applicants should have :- 

  • Demonstrable experience in providing administrative support to colleagues in senior management roles. 
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook  
  • Demonstrable experience in committee servicing, taking accurate minutes with attention to details. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 
  • Ability to plan and prioritise competing demands whilst always maintaining confidentiality.
