The opportunity

Are you a skilled Analyst looking to develop your experience or take the next step in your career? The Central Planning Unit at University of the Arts London (UAL) presents an exciting opportunity to join our team.

As a Planning Support Analyst, you will play a key role in actively contributing to our planning and decision-making processes, helping us to drive innovation, improve student experiences, and achieve our strategic goals.

You will conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis of large volumes of internal and external data to provide valuable insights, and generate reports that inform strategic and operational decisions.  You will be responsible for the update of our regular cycle of reporting, alongside supporting frequent ad-hoc requests on a host of interesting topics.  You will also provide support to the rest of the team.

About you

To excel in this role, you should possess demonstratable experience in analysing and interpreting datasets to inform planning and monitoring activities, together with the ability to write reports that combine data and narrative in a meaningful way.

You will be experienced in using software applications to analyse, interpret and report on complex data and understand the role of data in decision making and its support for high-level management teams.

A diligent self-starter, you will have excellent communication skills and be effective in organising your workload to achieve objectives on time.

In return, University of the Arts London offers generous leave, an attractive salary and pension plus a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity.
