The opportunity

University of the Arts London is seeking a number of Timetabling Officers to produce the student academic timetables delivered by 3 of our college bases: 

  • Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges
  • Central St Martins College
  • London College of Fashion

These roles will support the production and administration of Course Timetables using the University Timetabling System, CELCAT. The post holders will be responsible for assisting in the production of academic timetables as well as assisting with non-academic room bookings and timetabling and room booking queries.

About you

We are looking for a experienced administrators, preferably with HE or FE sector experience, to join our expanding and evolving Timetabling Service who have the ability to work collaboratively in a team with a high standard of data accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively will be essential, as is a customer service-oriented approach, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional support to users.
