The opportunity

University of the Arts London is looking for a Student Recruitment Marketing Executive to join our Student Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions (SMRA) department on a full time basis.

You will support the University in realising its student recruitment targets by reaching quality prospective students in both domestic and international markets, advocating a first-class student experience that begins at enquiry.

You will understand current digital media, marketing channels, and tracking technologies, and the ability to innovate in the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

With guidance from the Marketing Manager and together with colleagues across the SMRA Department and University, you will undertake the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns for student recruitment at foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate taught levels within UK, EU and international markets.

For maximum engagement, you will utilise market research and intelligence in your approaches and champion the principles of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

The Student Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions team operate a hybrid working approach, with an expectation that at least two days a week will be based in our offices in High Holborn.

About you

Educated to degree level or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, you will have demonstrable experience in marketing, with a knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing principles and techniques. You will be confident in delivering marketing campaigns for direct customer acquisition, pairing this with further experience of creating marketing collateral and content assets for marketing acquisition campaigns.

Additionally, your skillset will include the ability to monitor, interpret and report on data and metrics for marketing campaign evaluation. A demonstrable understanding of digital marketing, market research, CRM, Content Management Systems (CMS) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is also required.

If you have any queries about this role or need any reasonable adjustments for your application, please contact Leila Farrance, Resourcing Adviser via email at PSOstaffrecruitment@arts.ac.uk.
